Comment for the Prairie Primer Unit study:
I was hesitant to purchase a Unit study, however I have become enlightened! I purchased the Prairie Primer and the 9 Little House books for our 7yr old daughter last year, and it has been a blessing ever since! She is now 8, and in her 2nd year of the study. She uses her Bible more and can now apply God's word to life situations more. The Primer, along with the books has shown us Gods Providence, not only in the lives of the Ingalls family but in our own personal lives. He takes care of those He loves! And most of the study is supplemented by a trip to the grocery, craftstore, or the web. You only need to supply your own math curriculum, outside of this unit study. The Prairie Primer
Based on the Little House series this unit study guide provides a year’s study covering U.S. geography, science, U.S. history of the 1800’s, language, health, nutrition, art, music and more. In addition to the Little House books the Bible will be the main textbook. A strong point of this program is the emphasis that is placed on studying the Word of God. Excellent. |
