We have been really impressed with these creative writing books. They are clearly written and simple enough so that even the most reluctant writer is not frustrated. The first book is for non-writers, but the second (The Seven Sentence Story) does such a good job of giving a child an overview of the writing process that we recommend it for any aged child who is having difficulty with written expression. The rest of the books are guides to increasingly more complex writing.
