We have worked very hard to make our shopping cart/order form easy to use.
The following instructions should make it even easier to get the lowest prices possible!
Remember, you can match lower prices in all other current catalogs - giving you the absolute lowest price possible on your entire order!
When Price Matching
You will need to indicate each company from which you found each item at a lower price. Just follow these simple instructions.
In the ‘Comments’ section of your order form:
- Give the name and grade level, if applicable, of the item you are price matching.
- Give us the price and the website address where you found this item at a lower price, and any other information that will help us verify quickly. If you found this item in a printed catalog, give us the name of that catalog, the phone number, and the date that catalog was published OR the date it expires.
- We will figure your discount(s) before we process your order and include your lower total with your order.
- Please note: We are not able to price match free or discounted shipping/handling. This due to the fact that we always process your order the same day we receive it and we only ship via expedited methods. Remember – There is no need to say “Please Rush” when ordering from Shekinah. Our goal is to get every order out on a ‘RUSH’ basis.
When using Preferred Customer Discounts
Just follow these simple instructions.
In the ‘Comments’ section of your order form:
- Give us the name and grade level, if applicable, of the item you are taking the discount on.
- Type ‘Preferred Customer’ ___ % discount.
- We will figure your discount(s) before we process your order and include your lower total with your order.
Our new shopping cart is so easy to use that we hope these will be the only instructions you will need.
We have very recently - September, 2007 - redesigned the entire website and construction is ongoing.
In the near future we plan to offer a price matching form that will automate this for you – making it easier yet! In the meantime, we hope you enjoy our low prices, extremely fast service, and improved website!
